Need to change the product: if you bought a product that you need changed, you have 24 hours to contact us with the change or cancellation. Please email xferapp@gmail.com with the subject line: Order Change – Order #XXXXX. In the body, please state your name, order number, and the desired products.
Need to change the address: If you entered in the wrong address and need it to be changed, you have 24 hours to contact us with the change. Please email xferapp@gmail.com with the subject line: Address Change – Order #XXXXX. In the body, please state your name, order number, and the address you need to add.
Please note: We will not be held liable for shipping an undesired product or to the wrong address if we are not contacted with changes within 24 hours.
Returns
We have a return policy of 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item (we track this by the date the tracking number says it was delivered), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Order Cancellation


If for any reason you need to cancel your order before it is shipped, email us and we will refund you minus a $2 non-refundable processing fee that we are charged each time someone makes a transaction.


Exchanges


We have an exchange policy of 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item (we track this by the date the tracking number says it was delivered), unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete an exchange, please mail your product to the following address:
13361 Woodland Drive, Tustin, CA 92780. Please include a note saying the order number and what product(s) you would like and the size, if applicable. You have 14 days to exchange your product from the time you received it. You will also have to pay the shipping for us to resend you the exchange. Once we receive your order, we will invoice you the cost of shipping. Once you have paid it, we will send you the new product(s).
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. product for order #XXXXX. In the body, please include a photo of the incorrect product. From there, we will email you a return label. Once we receive the incorrect product, we will send you the correct product.
My order says it was delivered but I don’t have it—what happened?
By following the steps below, almost all of our customers track down their missing Pre-Internet packages. If you are still unable to receive your package after attempting the steps, email us and we will see what we can do: but please attempt these steps first. This may happen for a variety of reasons. Unfortunately, because tracking indicates that you did in fact receive our order, there isn't much we can do on our end. Here are the steps we recommend to customers trying to recover a missing package:
1. Contact your local post office and ask to speak to the postmaster, ask if they can speak with the mail carrier who delivers to your street. Ask him/her about the
package and the date it was marked as delivered—mail carriers are pretty good at
remembering packages on their routes!
2. Ask your local post office if they are holding the package for some reason.
3. Check with your neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered to their address
4. (This is the most important) Wait a couple of days. Some packages are mistakenly marked as delivered during the sorting process, when in fact they are still en route- we have seen this become a very common occurrence as of late.

Privacy and Policy

The personal information we collect

Public Databases, Credit Bureaus & ID Verification Partners
We obtain information about you from public databases and ID verification partners for purposes of verifying your identity. ID verification partners use a combination of government records and publically available information about you to verify your identity. Such information includes your name, address, job role, public employment profile, credit history, status on any sanctions lists maintained by public authorities, and other relevant data. We obtain such information to comply with our legal obligations, such as anti-money laundering laws. In some cases, we may process additional data about you based on public interest grounds to ensure our Services are not used fraudulently or for other illicit activities.
Resellers, Channel Partners, Joint Marketing Partners, and Social Media Platforms
We collect information about your publicly available social media profile, interests or preferences, and page-view information from some business partners with which we operate co-branded services or joint offerings. There are multiple purposes for collecting this information. First, we process such information to better understand you and/or maintain and improve the accuracy of the records we hold about you as well as to position, promote or optimize our Services. If you use your Xfer LLC dba (RETRO) SEND Account to transfer Digital Currency in connection with the purchase or sale of goods or services, we or you may also provide the seller with your shipping address, name, and/or email to help complete your transaction with the seller. The seller is not allowed to use this information to market their services to you unless you have agreed to it. If an attempt to transfer Digital Currency to your seller fails or is later invalidated, we may also provide your seller with details of the unsuccessful transfer. To facilitate dispute resolutions, we may provide a buyer with the seller's address so that goods can be returned to the seller.
In connection with a Digital Currency transfer between you and a third party, including merchants, a third party may share information about you with us, such as your email address or mobile phone number which may be used to inform you that a transfer has been sent to or received from the third party. We may use this information in connection with such transfers to confirm that you are a Xfer LLC dba (RETRO) SEND customer, that Digital Currency transfers are enabled, and/or to notify you that you have received Digital Currency. If you request that we validate your status as a Xfer LLC dba (RETRO) SEND customer with a third party, we will do so. You may also choose to send Digital Currency to or request Digital Currency from an email address. In such cases, your user name will be displayed in an email message notifying the user of the designated email address of your action.
Please note that merchants you interact with may have their own privacy policies, and Xfer LLC dba (RETRO) SEND is not responsible for their operations, including, but not limited to, their information practices. Information collected by third parties, which may include such things as contact details or location data, is governed by their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy practices of those third parties.
If you authorize one or more third-party applications to access your Xfer LLC dba (RETRO) SEND Account, then information you have provided to Xfer LLC dba (RETRO) SEND may be shared with those third parties. Unless you provide further authorization, these third parties are not allowed to use this information for any purpose other than to facilitate your transactions using Xfer LLC dba (RETRO) SEND Services.

International transfers of personal Information
As a global entity, Xfer LLC dba (RETRO) SEND may store, transfer, and otherwise process your personal information in countries outside of the country of your residence, including the United States and possibly other countries.
We are also subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission with respect to the Framework. Please note that if your complaint is not resolved through these channels, under limited circumstances, a binding arbitration option may be available before a Privacy Shield Panel.
